Research Phase
Before testing anything, we study the competitive landscape — reading spec sheets, manufacturer documentation, expert forums, and user reviews across multiple platforms. This surfaces the real-world complaints and edge-case failures that marketing copy won't mention.
Hands-On Testing
Products are evaluated against a consistent checklist of criteria relevant to the category — for example, bags are tested for build quality, comfort, and storage organisation; beauty products are tested for ingredient quality, results, and packaging. The written assessment covers who the product is and is not for.
